陳牧師生於馬來西亞，十九歲信主蒙召獻身，新加坡神學院畢業，在馬來西亞新山異象教會近 20 年的牧養，1982 應邀來美，先後擔任鳳城華人基督教會，柏克萊中華歸主教會和山景城中國基督教會主任牧師。2002 年加入華傳，為東南亞巡迴宣教士兼新馬華傳代主任，2008 年被本會聘為顧問牧師至今。陳牧師在美進修獲得文學碩士，道學碩士及教牧學博士。
卓牧師生於台灣，十六歲信主，並於百齡長老教會聚會事奉，1997 年底赴美修讀 MBA 學位，畢業後於北加州矽谷的公司任職，2003 年蒙召全時間於基督工人神學院修讀道學碩士。後於標竿福音教會事奉五年時間。並同時擔任亞杜蘭讀經營特約神學教師，定期前往歐亞洲等地教會培訓。2011 年受聘為本會主任牧師一職。現並修讀教牧學博士，專攻聖經輔導。

P. Roy has substantial experience in multi-ethnic ministry environments. He has served small, medium and mega churches and has worked with disciples of all life stages. Roy finds joy in preaching, teaching and shepherding people to greater growth. His ministry flows out of his life with God and his family. He and his wife Esther have three kids, Bethany, Ben and Brooke - their killer B's. They love God, sports and enjoying all the great open spaces of the bay area. They have a global vision and enjoy serving people in remote places where they have eaten their share of bugs.
